Where volume requires it, we put merchandisers in place who are trained to pack the fridges to certain specifications as well as assist in stock rotation and stock taking. These are either employed directly though us or alternatively by the store in question which then invoices us a “promotional” fee monthly in order to cover their salary. The benefits of this is that you as a store owner have less outside personnel on your floor and you are in control of them. We offer the necessary training and are in constant contact with them to make sure that all goes well.
We also have a travelling Merchandising team for new customers and for those whose volumes do not justify it – Our team will work on making the justification.
